CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE (BATCH 03)

We conducted a holistic training program (presentations by the trainers and individual / group activities) covering areas such as Email Etiquette, Phone Etiquette, Business Writing, Business Communication, Negotiations/Persuasion & Influence, Stress Management and Relationship/Expectations Management for the employees of CAMMS Group from 24th to 27th of February 2020 at CAMMS Group, Sri Lanka.
