CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE (BATCH 01)

We conducted a holistic training program (presentations by the trainers and individual / group activities) covering areas such as Email Etiquette, Phone Etiquette, Business Writing, Business Communication, Negotiations/Persuasion & Influence, Stress Management and Relationship/Expectations Management for the Virtual Reporting Assistants (VRA) employees of CAMMS Group from 09th to 13th of December 2019 at CAMMS Group, Sri Lanka.
